Egypt Exploration Society 3 Doughty Mews, London WC1N 2PG This is the first in a series of free archive afternoons being held by the Egypt Exploration Society (EES) at their London headquarters. There is no need to book. The format is a lecture from 1pm-1.30pm followed by open archives from 1.30pm-2.00pm. The lecture on this date, Journey through Egypt's Temples, is being given by Kelly Accetta (University of Cambridge). At each event, visitors will be able to see a range of material from the EES's archive, specially curated to complement the talk. Material featured may include artwork, photographs, correspondence and film.
